This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complex beliefs. Only love, unconditional simplicity of love towards one another. Our hearts is the source of that love; the action is kindness.

Awakening from abuse means rejecting the illusion that you are not lovable, and are worthy to be loved as you are. You demonstrate love by giving it first, unconditionally to yourself. And, as you do, you attract others into your life who are able to love you without conditions.
As we explore the nature of our gift, our goal is to move toward this kind of giving: cheerful giving that flows gently and easily, kingly giving that flows surely from who we are. If you’re dating someone and they demonstrate unloving behavior, you can decide who you want to be in relationship to that person. If they are yelling at you, remain calm, if they are abusive leave. You know what is best, what is love and not love. They are teaching you who they are and you must honor that choice, do not try to change them, change yourself.

If there are people in your life situation, who model behaviors which are not in alignment with who you are, pause…realize they are your teachers for choosing not to become like them and this life situation is more of a reason to stay on your path. Their path is neither right nor wrong, its just not for you. When your path does not line up with someone else’s anymore, it is time to go your own ways.

God is serving you through Life every moment you are breathing and interacting with it. A thought such as I dream of becoming a “florist” set in course a journey so that God can bring the right conditions to you to help you make that dream a reality. People, Opportunities will appear to assist you in making you become a florist. But, you think their accidents, they’re their on “purpose.” That’s how the system works. You are a Creative Being, as God made you. So is everyone else. God moves through all life forms in service to make you happy. God wants for you what you want for you, every time. That’s how much you’re loved.
